Sports Day

This week the Foundation Stage children also took part in their very own sports day. All the children were very well behaved and they put lots of effort into each event they took part in. There was a real buzz in the air and the children really enjoyed both the competitive and the non-competitive games. The Foundation Stage staff would like to say a big thank you to all the parents who supported this wonderful event.

We are currently learning about trains. This week the children worked co-operatively together to make a large train out of the blue bricks. The children listened to each other’s ideas and they modified their design several times. Eventually the train was made and the children had lots of fun pretending to be the train driver, the ticket collector and the passengers.
